PTSB App and website down again this morning 23 Apr 2025. Down all day yesterday Tue 22 Apr 2025 and was available after 5pm. No outage reported on the Web - This is after the same happened on Thu 17th April 2025 just before the Easter weekend.

I haven’t been able to access the PTSB Open24 app from either my iPhone or any web browser at all on Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday, or today Monday the 21st of April 2025. When I phone, I only get a computer that tells me my balance and recent transactions. No Human Beings are available to speak with me …even if I try to report my PTSB card stolen! Terrible service!

Kilkenny R95AX03 I cannot get my wages, pay bills. If I miss paying I will be penalised. It is a bank holiday weekend. This is not good enough. We should be compensated when we get back online.

No access to app all day, all day. Needed to transfer money and make a purchase online. Lost out as a result. Very unhappy. 5:45pm now and still no access. If it's back tomorrow, it'll be Tuesday before any transaction will be processed, due to Easter weekend hours.
